Cost of membership is currently based on the units owned
and varies from $120.00 to $130.00 per year. See Units Owned drop down
box below. There is also a one time enrollment fee of $25.00. To cover
office expenses, there is a small additional handling fee. To sign up for
membership with JALA, simply fill out the form below and click the submit
button. You will be connected to the PayPal site. Once your payment has
been approved, this information will be sent to our office and entered
into our database.
Your membership Id# and Information Package will be sent to your address
within two work days. Alternatively, you can pick up the Package at our
office at 511 Wildwood Ave Ste 2 (Lydia St Entrance), Jackson,MI 49201. If you signed up for Credit Reporting, you will need to bring the
information specified in the confirmation e-mail to the office.
Payment amounts include the $25.00 initial signup fee plus
the first year membership fees. The handling fee is indicated below and will
be included in your processed payment:
- 0-4 Units $145.00 + $4.00 Pay Pal Fee
- 5-9 Units $145.00 + $4.00 Pay Pal Fee
- 10+ Units $155.00 + $4.00 Pay Pal Fee
- Credit Reporting $25.00 + $1.50 Pay Pal Fee
Landlords associations and groups can become affiliate members
for a single yearly membership fee plus additional fees based on the groups
membership. Credit reporting is available to associate members for the standard
